Job Description:
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with strong software engineering and hands-on AI/GenAI experience to work directly with healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions while working closely with client stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with Python, Java, and/or SQL
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering
• Experience integrating LLMs with APIs and enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience taking AI prototypes/POCs into production
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare payer/provider experience is a plus
• Knowledge of claims, utilization management, care delivery, or revenue cycle is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI/GenAI solutions in client environments
• Develop production-ready applications using Python/Java/SQL
• Integrate AI models, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems
• Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot technical and integration issues
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams
• Take solutions from prototype to scalable production
• Support deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
