Job Description:
We are seeking a SharePoint professional to support a large-scale SharePoint Online migration and modernization initiative within a Legal Department environment. The consultant will assist with migrating existing SharePoint sites, enhancing collaboration platforms, and developing workflow automation solutions using the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support migration of existing SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
• Assist in evaluating, designing, and modernizing SharePoint environments.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate.
• Help replace legacy InfoPath-based forms and processes with modern solutions.
• Support approximately 100 SharePoint sites within the Legal Department.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in Agile development and project activities.
• Troubleshoot and support SharePoint Online and workflow-related issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of SharePoint experience.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online (SPO).
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and business process improvement.
• Experience with site administration, document management, and collaboration solutions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience replacing or migrating InfoPath forms/workflows.
• ServiceNow exposure.
• Experience supporting legal, compliance, or corporate services teams.
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge.
