Job Title: Director of Architecture & Engineering

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: Hybrid role (onsite Tue/ Thu)

Duration: Full-time

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology and architecture, spanning infrastructure, cloud, application, and integration domains
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding senior technical professionals and architecture teams
• Proven ability to lead enterprise and solution architecture within complex, multi-platform and/or multi-client environments
• Advanced expertise in enterprise and solution architecture across infrastructure, cloud, platform, application, and integration layers
• Strong command of resiliency, security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in financial services contexts
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive sound, scalable architectural decisions
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex technical environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused managed services (MSP)/ B2B environment
• Experience within financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries preferred.
