The Role

• Operate and set up folding machines to produce high-quality packaging.
• Ensure optimal machine performance through setup and adjustments.
• Conduct production release checks and identify/resolve quality issues.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on machinery.

What You'll Need

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 3-shift system.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a conscientious work approach.
• Experience in the packaging industry is advantageous, but not required.
• Team player with a commitment to performance.
