Your Impact in This Role:
- Lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept toglobal rollout
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and translate them intoscalable digital solutions
- Prototype, test, validate, and industrialize innovative solutions across our global productionnetwork
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions, define pilot initiatives, and build strongbusiness cases to support investment decisions
- Leverage modern AI-supported development approaches to accelerate innovation, validateideas quickly, and bring successful concepts into operation
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensurealignment, transparency, and successful project execution
- Drive change and adoption by effectively communicating project goals, progress, andresults to all relevant stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedfield
- Proven track record of successfully delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in amanufacturing environment
- Hands-on commissioning experience and a solid understanding of shopfloor operations andproduction realities
- Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidlydevelop and implement solutions
- Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges
- Strong ownership mindset with the drive to take initiative and make things happen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions andorganizational levels
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
