Retail Sales Department Manager

Boscov’s Department Store is seeking a Retail Sales Department Manager to lead daily operations within our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will coach a sales team, drive results, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, full-line department store. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and sales reporting, while upholding Boscov’s family-oriented, community-focused culture.
