Required Skills:


7+ years of strong hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience


Proven experience managing system integrations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution


Experience working across multiple business units within a single tenant


Foundation in financial modeling / FP&A knowledge


Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise planning systems


Proficiency in data mapping, data tables, and backend system configuration


Experience developing reports using Excel and/or HTML-based tools


Ability to support system architecture and ongoing enhancements


Strong verbal and written communication skills



Desired Skills:


Experience in Workday


Retail industry experience


Experience supporting large-scale implementations


Experience building new planning/revenue models


Strong stakeholder support and onboarding experience



Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:


Our client is seeking an Adaptive Planning Admin to lead ongoing system support, new model builds, and future-state development. This individual will serve as the in-house Adaptive expert, supporting a single-tenant environment that integrates five business units. They will need to have past experience in integrations to ensure they are able to help lead this project. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the Adaptive platform, troubleshooting and owning integrations, and building new financial and revenue planning models. This person will also support reporting efforts and assist with data mapping. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a highly visible role, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing ongoing support as users become more familiar with the system.
