LSI Staffing is Hiring Reach Forklift Operators in Fort Worth, TX!

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our new Evening Shift team. If you are a skilled equipment operator who prioritizes safety and accuracy, we want to interview you!
Role Overview

• Position: Order Selector / Reach Truck Operator
  
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6PM - 2:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate order selectors and reach trucks to maneuver through warehouse racking.
  
• Order Picking: Accurately pick products for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
  
• Pallet Preparation: Stack cases, apply stretch wrap, and weigh pallets according to shipping requirements.
  
• Accuracy & Quality: Conduct thorough checks of all orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience operating lift equipment (Reach Truck/Order Picker) is required.
  
• Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to detail is essential for processing large LTL orders.
  
• Technical Skills: Experience with RF guns is considered a strong plus.
  
• Dependability: We need reliable team members who are ready to hit the ground running with a new team.
