The Role

• Picking pharmacy merchandise into totes or boxes for stores using a tablet or RF unit for guidance.
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy and performance to meet store order needs.
• Safely moving merchandise weighing up to 30-50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Working efficiently on pick lines alongside other team members.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work zones and ensuring reliable attendance.
• Cross-training in other warehouse duties as required and complying with all regulations.

What You'll Need

• Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional weekend work.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30-50 pounds regularly.
