Job Summary
Prudential is seeking a strong Data Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS, Python, and PySpark to design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and ingestion pipelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS data lake solutions, ETL/ELT development, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale data processing.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Python, and PySpark
Expertise in AWS services including:
S3, Glue, Athena, EMR/Spark
Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway
Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB
SQS, IAM, KMS, CloudFormation
Experience building and supporting AWS Data Lakes/Data Warehouses
Strong SQL and Shell Scripting skills
Experience with ETL/ELT and data integration pipelines
Knowledge of Lakehouse/Data Cloud architectures
Experience with CI/CD implementation
Experience migrating data from on-premises systems, databases, APIs, and file systems to AWS
Kafka and Kinesis experience preferred
