Job Title : Full Stack Developer with strong Back end
Location : Austin, TX
Duration : 12 + Months
 
Job Description : 
 

·Python 3.11+, FastAPI or Flask, REST API development, Pydantic, pytest Expected Sprint Work: Service development, caching layer implementation, API consumer migration supports Preferred (Plus): Redis/caching patterns, CDC/event-driven invalidation, async programming.

·Experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript, understanding of responsive and mobile first web development, Experience working with REST APIs and JSON, understanding of browser behavior and debugging tools.

·Good problem-solving and communication skills, guide the overall technical direction. Review pull requests, identify technical risks, enforce coding standards, and promote maintainable, testable code. Onshore-Offshore team coordination, Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, help teammates solve difficult problems, and support their career development.

·Break requirements into technical tasks, estimate complexity, identify dependencies, and help ensure projects are delivered on time.

·Participate in sprint planning, roadmap discussions, technical discovery, and prioritization of engineering work. Investigate production issues, performance problems, bugs, and difficult technical challenges.

·Work with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps, security, and other engineering teams to coordinate technical work. Improve development workflows such as CI/CD, testing, code review, release processes, documentation, and incident response.
