Description

• Organising and managing documents to ensure everything is up-to-date and easy to find.
• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
• Answering and directing phone calls or emails to the appropriate person.
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
• Scheduling appointments and managing diaries to keep everyone on track.
• Preparing and formatting reports or presentations when required.
• Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise.

• Salary 23,333 (Pro rata from 35,000 full time, dependent on the level of experience.
