Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enterprise technology solutions.

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Conduct current-state/future-state analysis, gap analysis, and process optimization.

Create functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.

Manage product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.

Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.

Partner with development teams throughout the SDLC to ensure successful solution delivery.

Analyze system integrations, APIs, data flows, interfaces, middleware, and batch processes.

Support application architecture, security models, and technical solution alignment.

Develop business process documentation, workflows, and system diagrams.

Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and business validation.

Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to track deliverables and project progress.

Prepare project documentation, executive reports, and status updates.

Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and drive continuous process improvements.
