Job Description
The EDI Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations between the company and its customers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers. This position works closely with internal departments and external business partners to ensure EDI documents are processed accurately and on time.

- Monitor daily EDI transaction processing.
- Identify and resolve routine EDI transaction failures.
- Investigate rejected or failed documents and coordinate resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior EDI or IT personnel.
- Monitor inbound and outbound document queues.
- Assist with onboarding new EDI customers and vendors.
- Support testing activities with EDI trading partners.
- Update EDI trading partner profiles and contact information.
- Maintain customer implementation documentation.
- Support processing of standard EDI documents including: 810, 856 850, 855, 856, 870, 875, 997, and 999
- Verify data accuracy bee-ween EDI transactions and the ERP system.
- Assist in resolving customer EDI inquiries.
- Assist with migrating EDI trading partners from DiCentral to TrueCommerce Foundry.
- Coordinate customer communications and implementation schedules.
- Help execute testing and validate successful document transmission.
- Document implementation results and update migration tracking logs.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPS)
- Document common issues and resolutions.
- Update internal process documentation.
- Experience with EDI analysis and coordination
- Experience working with EDI customers and/or vendors
- Basic understanding of ERP systems
- Basic understanding of supply chain, warehouse operations, or order processing.
- Ability to learn new EDI software platforms
- Excellent communication skills
