Job Description: .NET Developer / Lead Engineer
Position Type: Contract (12 months)
Location: Sydney
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer or Lead Engineer with expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET MVC, nUnit, C#, and SQL Server. Additionally, proficiency in RESTful APIs, KAFKA, Kubernetes, and Git workflow is required. Experience with Swagger is a nice to have.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engineer:
  • Responsible for code review and ensuring coding standards are met.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with the Commsec Technology Strategy and Architecture.
  • Plan, manage capacity, and allocate work alongside the Product Owner.
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • .NET MVC, nUnit, C#, and SQL Server (indirect).
  • RESTful APIs, KAFKA, Kubernetes, Git workflow.
  • Swagger (nice to have).
  • Experience in a lead or architect-level role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
