The Role

• Provide expert leadership and oversight for complex psychotherapeutic treatments.
• Take full senior physician responsibility for assigned patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering constructive collaboration.
• Supervise and guide training candidates, supporting their professional development.
• Contribute to the advancement of specialized treatment areas such as personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in treatment leadership and senior physician roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong interest in developing and contributing to specialized treatment areas.
• Empathic demeanor, initiative, and open communication skills.
