The Role • Operate and oversee a technically sophisticated, multi-stage production line with various units and interfaces. • Collaborate closely with colleagues in shift teams, ensuring smooth handovers and effective communication. • Maintain high-quality standards by conducting checks according to checklists and implementing corrective measures. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings using SAP. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and upkeep tasks. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in packaging technology, process mechanics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience beyond vocational training is desirable. • Ability to systematically learn and take on increasing responsibility for complex machinery. • Strong safety awareness, performing work meticulously, cleanly, and according to standards. • Excellent communication skills in German.
