The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members experiencing vehicle issues. • Handle a variety of tasks from simple fixes like flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding. • Start and end your workday from your own home, with demand-led shifts. • Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, demonstrating technical expertise and customer service skills. • Embrace variety and new challenges daily on the roadside. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions for each customer.
