P&C Domain SME – Duck Creek Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior P&C Insurance Domain SME / Duck Creek Lead to drive program delivery, governance, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong P&C Claims domain expertise, executive stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record in Duck Creek implementations and QA governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global delivery aligned with client CIO priorities and business outcomes.
• Own program governance, delivery predictability, and transformation success.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Drive risk mitigation, estimation, planning, and delivery strategy.
• Define and own test strategy, QA governance, and quality standards.
• Provide strong P&C Insurance domain leadership, particularly across claims.

Required Skills:

• 12–15 years of relevant IT/Insurance experience.
• Strong P&C Insurance / Claims domain expertise.
• Hands-on knowledge of Duck Creek PC, BC & CC.
• Program & Global Delivery Management.
• Executive Stakeholder Management.
• Test Strategy & QA Governance.
• Estimation, Planning & Risk Management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
