We are seeking dedicated SEND Teachers to join an impactful organization committed to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This role offers a flexible approach to education, focusing on trauma-informed practices to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.
• Focus on holistic and trauma-informed approaches to education.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, or related needs.
• Familiarity teaching core subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and two professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
