The Role

• Engage customers with appealing product displays, expert advice, and excellent service.
• Skillfully prepare and portion fresh food items.
• Independently create specialty products using in-house recipes.
• Develop and implement ideas for sales-promoting activities.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or (system) gastronomy.
• Alternatively, experience in handling food as a career changer is welcome.
• A keen interest in processing and preparing fresh food and meat products.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
