Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (12 month FTC) to provide technical leadership across capital and site-led projects within a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment.

You will ensure new equipment and assets meet engineering, safety and statutory requirements, while supporting smooth commissioning, handover and integration into operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering compliance across capital and site projects.
  • Act as the Engineering representative at project meetings.
  • Review and manage technical files, drawings, certification and documentation.
  • Ensure machinery meets safety, statutory and engineering standards.
  • Coordinate commissioning, operational readiness and asset handover.
  • Work with OEMs, contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support improvements in equipment performance and OEE.

What You'll Bring

  • Engineering degree and recognised apprenticeship, ideally Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Experience in FMCG, food or drinks manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering compliance, machinery safety and risk assessment.
  • Understanding of CDM 2015.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and strong IT/documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and contractor management skills.
  • A structured, analytical and completer-finisher
