Job Description

Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt)

Primary Location: Virginia


V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt) for our premier client in Virginia.



Education and Experience:
  • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control. Required 5 Years
  • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle Required 5 Years
  • Experience with data entry and work order processing. Required 5

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
  • Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
  • Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
  • Complete change management requirements/tasks.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team
  • Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
