  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to company standards.
  • Making beds, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring units are guest-ready.
  • Completing assigned rooms and tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items.
  • Following all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and owners.
  • Maintaining reliable attendance and a professional appearance.
  • Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
