Radiology Clinical Account Manager

Hologic is seeking a Radiology Clinical Account Manager to drive adoption of our advanced imaging and diagnostics portfolio within key radiology and women's health accounts. In this field-based role, you will build strategic relationships with clinicians, administrators, and technologists, providing clinical education, workflow optimization, and product expertise to support superior patient outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to execute territory plans, lead product demonstrations, and analyze account performance. This role is ideal for a clinically savvy, customer-focused professional passionate about advancing women's health.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow radiology and women's health accounts within an assigned territory
• Serve as primary clinical liaison, providing product expertise and workflow consultation
• Plan and deliver onsite and virtual clinical education and product training
• Support sales strategy, including product positioning, demos, and evaluations
• Analyze account performance data to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams on territory and account plans
• Support product implementations, go-lives, and optimization initiatives
• Maintain accurate account activity and pipeline details in CRM systems
• Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
• Represent Hologic's mission and values while advancing women's health outcomes
