Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and industry research.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction timelines.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and cross-border teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Mentor and guide Analysts, contributing to team development and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of direct investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on Healthcare.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a global perspective and client-first approach.
• Bachelor's degree required.
