Financial Systems Analyst

Manpower Engineering is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. In this role, you will analyze financial data flows, configure and enhance ERP and reporting tools, and improve processes to drive accurate, timely insights. You will partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize financial systems, data flows, and reporting structures for client organizations.
• Configure, test, and support ERP and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net
• Suite).
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across financial platforms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend control enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with GAAP and internal policies.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing application support.
