The Role

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and support.
• Resolve complex customer account issues and review orders held for credit assessment.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform critical business decisions.
• Oversee and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections is preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential within a financial or credit operations environment.
