The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support for pediatric and adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Independently carry out doctor-ordered medical treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage daily ward operations.
• Contribute actively to a respectful, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent).
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, previous experience in psychiatry, though not a mandatory requirement.
