Job Description

Job Title - Delivery Manager
Experience - 8+ years
Location - Columbus, OH
Hire Type - Fulltime (Onsite)
 
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong customer-facing and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to farm accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Experience managing large-scale IT delivery across multiple portfolios/towers.
  • Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI, governance, risk, and escalation management.
  • Utilities domain experience preferred, including grid, billing, trading, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary interface between client leadership and TCS.
  • Own overall account satisfaction, delivery health, and client engagement.
  • Drive end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLA, KPI, quality, and timeline adherence.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, production stability, and business continuity.
  • Understand business priorities and convert requirements into projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead weekly operational reviews, PMR/QBRs, and executive governance meetings.
  • Track revenue realization, resource utilization, margins, and commercial performance.
  • Identify new SOW, scope expansion, and account growth opportunities.
  • Manage delivery risks, escalations, critical incidents, and RCA/CAPA.
  • Coordinate onsite and offshore teams and drive continuous improvement, automation, compliance, and innovation.
