Job Description

Brigham-Gill Village Collision is looking for an Apprentice Appraiser / Office Manager for their body shop. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing auto body repair team. This hybrid office position offers various responsibilities and growth opportunities within the collision repair industry.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $25-28/hr

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

  • Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

  • Work with insurance companies regarding claims and repair updates

  • Process parts invoices and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with administrative and office management tasks

  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow documentation

  • Support the estimating process and learn the fundamentals of collision repair estimating

  • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and insurance adjusters

Qualifications

  • Proficient in CCC1 Estimating and Management Software

  • 2+ years of experience working in collision centers / auto body shops

  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Team oriented
