Business Analyst / Project Manager AI & Digital Transformation

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data-driven solutions. The role involves bridging business needs with technical teams, driving AI-enabled initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that leverage machine learning, analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/ML solutions.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML/NLP/RPA for business improvement.

• Perform gap analysis and recommend data-driven solutions.

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

• Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

AI & Data Strategy

• Collaborate with AI teams to define use cases and model objectives.

• Support model lifecycle activities including:

  • Data collection and preparation

  • Model validation and testing

  • Deployment planning

• Understand key concepts such as:

  • Machine Learning (ML)

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Predictive Analytics

  • Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT-like systems)

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and leadership.

• Provide regular updates and dashboards to senior management.

• Drive change management for AI adoption initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and project documentation.

• Create dashboards/reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Define KPIs to measure AI project success and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in:

  • Business Administration

  • Computer Science / IT

  • Data Analytics / Engineering

  • MBA preferred

Experience

• 5 10 years of experience in:

  • Business Analysis and/or Project Management

• Experience in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:

  • AI/ML concepts and lifecycle

  • Data analysis and visualization

• Familiarity with tools:

  • SQL, Excel, Python (basic understanding preferred)

  • Power BI / Tableau

  • Jira, Confluence, MS Project

• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus

Methodologies

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or hybrid models

• Experience working in DevOps or MLOps environments is a plus
