The Role

• Step into a key leadership support role, acting as the direct deputy to the Store Manager.
• Oversee and drive efficient workflow processes, managing a team in a shared responsibility capacity.
• Execute a wide range of operational tasks across the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ensure product freshness and appealing presentation, particularly for fresh produce and baked goods.
• Handle cashier duties and actively participate in stockroom and cleaning activities.

What You'll Need

• Enthusiasm and drive to contribute to a high-performing team environment.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment in assisting customers.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to contribute diligently.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Proficient German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
