Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting Family Physicians / General Practitioners for an exciting new Family Health Group (FHG) clinic opening in Lambeth, London, Ontario in March 2027.

💰 Earning Potential: Up to CAD $750,000 per year
💵 Signing Incentive: CAD $11,500
💼 Practice Split: 75/25 – physician retains 75%

🏥 The Opportunity

This new location will operate as a branch of an established and thriving existing clinic, giving incoming physicians the benefits of an experienced practice behind them while working from a brand-new location.

Importantly, doctors will not be starting from scratch. Approximately 600–700 patients will be allocated before arrival, with panels expected to grow to approximately 1,500–2,000 patients within 3–6 months, depending on working schedule.

Strong patient demand is anticipated from opening, creating excellent potential to develop a busy and high-earning practice quickly.

🔍 The Role

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine to patients of all ages

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Deliver preventative and chronic disease care

• Build long-term relationships with your patient panel

• Coordinate investigations, referrals and continuity of care

✅ Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for independent registration with the CPSO

• Recognised Family Medicine / General Practice qualification

• International Family Physicians eligible for Ontario registration encouraged to apply

• Strong patient-centred care and communication skills
