In-Store Sales Associate

Astound seeks an In-Store Sales Associate to drive sales of internet, phone, and cable services in our retail environment. You'll greet walk-in customers, assess their connectivity needs, and recommend tailored solutions while clearly explaining plans, features, and pricing. Responsibilities include processing new orders and upgrades, handling basic technical and account questions, and helping customers schedule installations. You'll work toward individual and store sales goals, support promotional campaigns, and maintain an organized, branded store.
