Reporting: Provide structured and ad hoc reporting to support organizational visibility and decision-making.
Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
Strong background in:
Supplier performance management (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
Contracting principles and competitive bidding law
Project management, scheduling, and change management
Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication
Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and professional.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
