Job description

Lead Johnson Controls' global HR operations, colleague experience, employee and labor relations, payroll, and HR technology teams. Drive enterprise HR transformation through service model improvements, automation, analytics, and digital capabilities, partnering with senior leaders across the business to improve operational performance and colleague experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a multi-year HR transformation focused on simplification, standardization, AI, self-service, and automation.
  • Improve service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and colleague experience across a global workforce.
  • Guide Workday, Service
  • Now, and digital HR capabilities to deliver measurable business value.
  • Manage the enterprise HR budget, operating performance, and continuous improvement priorities.
  • Develop senior global HR leaders and coordinate execution across the CHRO office and HR leadership team.
