Compensation:
Pay Range: $79.00-$89.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Join our dynamic team as a Senior Developer focusing on building and optimizing distributed data platforms.
• This role is based in Jersey City, NJ, and offers a hybrid work environment. 
• As a key player, you will design and implement scalable systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk analytics. 
• This contract position requires expertise in Java and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical design and implementation of core components for risk analytics.
• Communicate with product leads to enhance existing and future solutions.
• Develop scalable solutions for market risk computation and analysis.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize data processing pipelines for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge of Java frameworks and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing technologies.
• Solid understanding of data structures and software design patterns.
• At least 8 years of experience in backend development and distributed systems.
• Background in financial services, especially within Market Risk.
