About the role

State Trustees is investing in technology that helps our people deliver better outcomes for Victorians. We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to help keep our Salesforce platform secure, reliable and performing at its best.

This is a broad technical role combining Salesforce administration, platform operations and DevOps, with a strong focus on automation, environments, releases and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

You'll help maintain and evolve our Salesforce platform while enabling teams to deliver new capabilities efficiently and reliably.

  • Manage Salesforce administration, configuration and platform security
  • Support environments, releases, deployments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues
  • Identify automation opportunities and improve platform efficiency
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions
  • Strengthen governance, DevOps practices and operational standards
About You

You're a Salesforce professional who enjoys working across platform operations, technology and business needs. You're comfortable troubleshooting issues, improving processes and finding ways to make a platform more reliable and effective.You'll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting a mature Salesforce environment
  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or equivalent certification
  • Strong Salesforce configuration, security, Flow and automation experience
  • Experience with environments, releases and deployment processes
  • Experience with monitoring, incident management and operational support
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD and source control
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills

Experience with tools such as Copado or Gearset, Salesforce integrations and multiple Salesforce environments would be advantageous.
