The Coordinator, Contract Management plays an essential role in supporting the successful execution of licensing partnerships for NBCUniversal's world-class portfolio of brands and franchises. Reporting to the Director, Contract Operations, this position helps coordinate the contract lifecycle across assigned territories and/or product categories, ensuring licensing agreements are accurately processed, executed, and maintained from deal memo through revenue recognition.

The Contract Management team partners closely with Category Management, Finance, Legal, Controllership, and IT to shepherd licensing deals from initial deal memo through contract execution, asset release, and payment. This role contributes to the seamless administration of licensing agreements while developing expertise in licensing operations, rights management systems, contract administration, and deal execution.

  • Serve as a systems resource for rights and contract management tools, providing training, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

  • Partner with Finance and Controllership teams to research, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting and deal-entry discrepancies.

  • Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives, including maintaining Licensing Guidelines, monitoring product approval workflows, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
