Retail POS Engineer Issaquah - WA - Washington

Looking for a Retail POS Engineer with strong experience in IBMToshiba 4690, ACE POS, and deploymentpackage build activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining ASM installation packages, managing ACE configurations, and supporting remote software deployments across store environments.

Must-Have Skills

IBMToshiba 4690 POS platform experience

Hands-on ACE POS administrationconfiguration experience

Experience building installation packages (ASM), patches, and deployment artifacts

Knowledge of store controllers and retail deployment processes

Familiarity with CHEC (Self-Checkout) and ElevateKiosk integrations in retail POS environments

Experience with remote deployments, software releases, and configuration management

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Skills

ScriptingAutomation (PowerShell, Shell, Python)

Release and deployment management experience

Retail store systems and POS infrastructure support

Experience supporting large-scale retail chains
