Required Skills:
1 2+ years of Product Management / Technical Product Ownership
~3 years working with technical products and engineering teams
Strong Agile backlog management
Experience creating Epics, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
Requirements gathering & user research
Product metrics, adoption & outcome tracking
Strong stakeholder and engineering collaboration
Preferred Skills:
Developer tools / Internal platforms
CI/CD, Cloud, DevOps & SRE
Automation & self-service platforms
Developer experience / productivity initiatives
Retail, E-commerce, QSR or Restaurant technology
POS / Restaurant technology experience
Product management certification is a plus
