The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using the Pega platform.
• Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure, including patching and upgrades.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Pega applications, leveraging critical thinking skills.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported Pega environments.
• Configure and manage Pega rulesets, portals, reports, and other out-of-the-box tools.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 2-6 years of experience.
• Previous experience developing business systems solutions using Pegasystems (Pega).
• 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Pega operating systems and application platforms.
• 4+ years of experience with Pega upgrade and patching activities.
• Strong knowledge of Pega application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, and reports.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as .Net or Java.
