The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on an additional leadership function, overseeing technical and operational aspects of the service center. • Ensure adherence to all company standards and manage daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience ideal. • Experience as a master automotive technician, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already possess the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a focus on trust and collaboration.
