Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and be able to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical training as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
