Job Description

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Workday Finance.
Understanding of database structures, data relationships, and system architecture concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Workday Certification required at hire or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience supporting ERP systems and/or database management.
1+ year of project management experience.
Experience supporting Workday Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
Experience with system integrations, reporting, and business process configuration.
Exposure to healthcare, enterprise finance, or large-scale ERP environments.
Experience supporting Workday release management and testing activities.
