Sr Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of IT business analysis experience to gather and document business requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Agile software delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement.
• Support business process modeling, UAT, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior analysts and leverage AI-assisted analysis tools.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Jira and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Federal IT or financial/regulatory experience, CBAP/Agile certification, and familiarity with AI-assisted tools.
