We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

• Role: Receptionist
• Hours: Flexible shifts, including working at nights and weekends
• Salary: upto £27300pa
• Location: The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, SW10 0XE

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently.
• Handle reservations, billing, and administrative tasks accurately.
• Build positive relationships with guests and personalise their experience.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is desirable.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
