Based in Birmingham
Working hours:Monday Friday, 8.00am 5.00pm (Permanent)
Salary:Competitive salary dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our growing team in the Birmingham area. This is aexcellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to expand their expertise across a range of fire and security systems, including Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Networking.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking systems.
Demonstrate a willingness to undertake fire alarm training and develop into a fully multi-disciplined engineer.
Provide support with the commissioning of systems, when required.
Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service.
Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Companys service management system.
Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices.
Participate in the Companys out of hours callout rota
Key Experience/qualifications:
Demonstrate technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, High-End CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
Knowledge of networking and PABX systems would be an advantage.
Gent approved engineer status is desirable (training provided if not certified).
Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems.
Full UK Driving Licence.
