You also know that providing support both internally and externally helps keep the company moving forward (and customers happy!). This position is full time and reports to the VP of Finance. PartsBadger is transforming the way people source their manufactured parts by blending technology with manufacturing. PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI.

Featuring fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, a 5-hole disc golf course, and a telepresence robot, our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends collaborative spaces, “clean spaces” for independent projects and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work. Answer customers in a timely manner as related to processing and sending invoices, sending statements, and any other requests submitted by phone and email.

Complete accounts payable responsibilities, such as reconciling invoices, paying invoices, and communicating with vendors via phone and email. Support sales activities daily by processing credit card payments and by updating customers’ financial information. Complete customer requests for supplier paperwork, including NDAs. Complete payroll on a semimonthly basis. Support other financial tasks, such as tax preparation, the preparation of statements, and other duties as assigned, as well as any related to GAAP.

Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
2 Years of Experience in a Financial Role
~ Experience with Accounting Software and CRMs
~ Strong Digital Skills
~ Strong Data & Analytical Skills
~ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field
